Youth Boxing/Muay Thai
North County Rec Center has teamed up with Boxing Strong this fall to offer Youth Boxing/Muay Thai to the North County community. Boxing and Muay Thai are excellent ways for kids to get back in shape while learning important life skills such as discipline and hard work. Youth boxing and Muay Thai also help build confidence and, most importantly, are a lot of fun!
