28th Annual Halloween Fun Event

Saturday, October 25th, 2025

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

North County Recreation and Park District presents Halloween Fun! This event will include a Kids Costume Contest, Carnival Games, and Jump House; Trunk or Treat; a Haunted House hosted by N.C. Band; and so much more spooky fun.  The fun starts at the Rec Center!

Free Carnival Games and Jump House tickets for kids 12 and under
